You must wager the deposit and bonus combined 30 times. With a CHF 20 deposit and a CHF 20 bonus, that means CHF 1 200 in qualifying bets. Free spin winnings also have a 30× wagering requirement.
The time limit for each bonus starts when you activate it. You have ten days to meet the wagering requirements. After that, any uncleared bonus and winnings generated from it expire.
How much of each bet counts towards the wagering requirement depends on the game. If a bet only contributes partially, only that portion counts towards your wagering total.

Betting limits, winnings and withdrawals
With an active welcome bonus, the maximum stake is EUR 5 or the equivalent in your account currency. No more than EUR 50, or its equivalent, in winnings from welcome package free spins can be transferred to your real-money balance. Winnings from the welcome offer are also capped at three times the bonus amount.
Requesting a withdrawal before bonus activation or while a welcome bonus is active ends your bonus entitlement. You can also cancel an active bonus yourself in your profile or through support. This forfeits your entire casino bonus balance.
You can't combine the welcome bonus with another bonus. If you activate another bonus or claim other free spins while your bonus is active, your existing bonus and any associated winnings will be removed.
Before crediting a bonus or paying out bonus winnings, we may ask for proof of identity, address and payment method. Verification must be complete before we release the funds.
Cashback and VIP benefits
Our weekly casino cashback is available to eligible players at VIP levels 3, 4 and 5. You must opt in to the promotion. Depending on your level, cashback is 5%, 10% or 15%. The credited amount must be wagered five times at level 3, three times at level 4 and once at level 5. The calculation uses the lower of your deposits and gross gaming revenue (GGR). Cash rewards already granted and cashback from the previous week are deducted. Bets in the live casino and on sports don't count towards this casino cashback.

What happens if I cancel a bonus?
Your entire casino bonus balance is forfeited. You can cancel a bonus in your profile or through our support team. Requesting a withdrawal during an active welcome bonus also ends your bonus entitlement.
